Job summary

MUI Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura seeks a Senior Executive/Manager to oversee Executive Programmes (EPs) for asatizah and religious leaders at SCIS. You will coordinate content design, partner engagement, and evaluation to continuously refine programmes and support religious content dissemination.

You will lead EP development from concept to implementation, engage with MUIS, PERGAS, and agencies, and ensure effective governance, documentation, and cross-unit collaboration in a contract-based role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in programme management, preferably in adult training contexts.
• Proven experience in curriculum or programme design, including needs analysis and learning outcomes development.
• Strong networking and collaboration across government agencies, religious organisations, and industry partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate and refine programmes based on feedback and outcomes.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders including religious organisations and educational institutions.
• Familiarity with the work of Asatizah in the Islamic religious sector would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a long-term plan for EPs as a form of Asatizah development.
• Lead the development and delivery of the EPs from concept through implementation and review.
• Engage with partners for environmental scanning, gap analysis and content design.
• Coordinate evaluation of EPs for continuous improvement using data and feedback.
• Collaborate with units and agencies to support holistic Asatizah development.
• Contribute to committees and workgroups focused on Asatizah development and dissemination of content.
• Ensure effective communication and documentation across stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Coordinate administrative and operational running of programmes, including logistics for night sessions and coordination with SCIS units.
• Manage trainer onboarding, programme budgets, cost planning, tracking and reporting; work with HR and Finance.
