Job summary

Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS) is seeking a Senior Executive/Manager to oversee the development and implementation of signature Executive Programmes for asatizah and religious leaders at SCIS. The role involves engaging with MUIS, PERGAS, and industry partners for content design, delivery, and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to network with government agencies, religious organisations and industry partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in programme management and curriculum/design development.
• Ability to analyse needs and guide learning outcomes for adult training contexts.
• Experience working with Asatizah or Islamic religious content settings is a bonus.
• Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder engagement across organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a long-term plan for EPs as a form of Asatizah development.
• Lead development and delivery of EPs from concept to implementation and review.
• Engage MUIS, PERGAS, and industry partners for content design and delivery.
• Coordinate evaluation of EPs using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with units and agencies to support holistic Asatizah development.
• Contribute to committees and workgroups on Asatizah development and content dissemination.
• Ensure clear communication and documentation across stakeholders throughout the programme.
• Coordinate administrative running of the programme, including logistics for night classes and HR onboarding.
• Manage programme budgets and liaise with Finance on cost planning and reporting.
