Job summary

MAS Monetary Authority of Singapore seeks an experienced Data Governance professional to strengthen enterprise data governance. You will shape policies, improve data discovery and support analytics and AI with trusted data foundations.

You will lead ownership, stewardship and metadata initiatives, working closely with business and technology teams to address governance challenges and enable responsible innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance and data management across large organisations or public sector.
• Understanding of ownership, stewardship, metadata, data quality and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and data catalogues is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise data governance policies, frameworks and standards for Whole-of-Government alignment.
• Lead data ownership, stewardship, metadata, quality, classification and access initiatives.
• Advance data catalogue and metadata capabilities to improve discovery and use of data.
• Strengthen data readiness for analytics and AI with better quality, context and provenance.
