Job summary

Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) in Singapore invites applications for an individual contributor role in the Resourcing and Ecosystem (RE) Division. You will develop and implement strategies, policies, and projects to empower Singapore’s social service sector to have a greater positive impact.

The role focuses on funding governance, impact measurement, technology adoption, and collaboration with social service stakeholders to advance policy objectives and service quality.

Qualifications

• Interest in public policy, social impact, technology and/or digital adoption would be advantageous.
• Prior experience and a strong interest in public policy, social impact, technology and/or digital adoption would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Govern and administer funding to the social service sector.
• Develop a strategy and implementation plan on how to incentivise and support greater impact measurement and evaluation in the social service sector.
• Develop a strategy and implementation plan on how to incentivise and support more intentional and outcome-oriented technology adoption within the social service sector.
• Evaluate the latest philanthropic giving and social impact investing models and trends, and develop ways for the social service sector to better leverage such systems.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with other social service stakeholders to develop the social service sector.
