Job summary

Frasers Property Limited is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to run Early Careers programmes and end-to-end recruitment up to Director level. You will partner with hiring managers across markets, refine intake processes, manage budgets, and deliver compelling campus engagements.

You will build strong relationships with universities and industry bodies, ensure data accuracy, and drive improvements across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years' experience in talent acquisition, ideally in-house, with hands-on involvement in graduate, internship or MA programmes.
• Strong planning, project and budget management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in data, communications and process.
• Confident stakeholder management with senior leaders, hiring managers and HRBPs.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system; SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or equivalent HRMS is helpful but not essential.
• Degree in HR, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Management Associate and Internship Programmes end to end: attraction, selection, onboarding, placements, rotations and graduation or conversion.
• Plan and deliver each internship batch across the financial year; adapt the format as the programme evolves.
• Plan and manage the annual Early Careers budget, including events and costs.
• Coordinate with sponsoring leaders on rotations, mentoring and programme touchpoints.
• Run feedback surveys for intake and translate results into practical recommendations.
• Design and deliver programme enhancements within the existing framework.
• Maintain programme data such as headcount, conversion, retention and feedback for reporting to leadership.
• Represent Frasers Property at campus and career events.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment up to Director level: intake, sourcing, assessment and offer.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions with talent insights and timelines.
• Drive recruitment processes with compliance and clear records across markets.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting and flag risks to timelines early.
