Job summary

Qualifications
- Min. Degree Holder.
- 5+ years IT project or product management experience leading full software/product lifecycles using Agile methodologies including Scrum.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, system integration, database management, cloud platforms, and API management.
- Experience applying AI/ML technologies in digital solutions.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, regulatory compliance, ICT governance, and risk management for audits.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with competing priorities and budgets.
- Experience in vendor and outsourcing management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of digital solutions across port regulatory, shipping, and corporate functions.
- Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle and manage internal/external teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Guide architectural decisions across product lifecycles with APIs, cloud, and data management.
- Serve as liaison between IT and business units, engaging with external partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, cybersecurity, and governance frameworks.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, evaluating opportunities in AI/ML for tangible impact.
