Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Principal Manager to lead corporate planning, performance management and international engagement within SWDA. You will drive the corporate planning cycle, shape strategic directions and oversee governance-related activities, while mentoring a team in a dynamic public sector environment.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in corporate planning, performance management, data analytics and/or international engagement would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead SWDA’s corporate planning cycle and translate long-term goals into coherent organisational plans and outcomes.
Develop and track performance indicators and reporting for organisational performance.
Facilitate international engagements to build strategic partnerships and knowledge exchange.
Provide secretariat support for leadership and governance platforms and Board activities.
Guide and mentor teammates in their work.
