Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee corporate applications, including ERP platforms, SAP and ServiceNow domains. You will shape the technology roadmap, lead architecture, delivery and operations across enterprise platforms, and ensure reliable, secure solutions for Finance, HR and intranet needs.

You will manage integrations, data flows and governance, drive upgrades and transformations, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver strategic technology

Technology enables every part of Changi Airport Group's business. We are looking for an experienced tech lead to oversee the enterprise applications that support our corporate functions, including Finance, HR and Enterprise Services.

You will lead the strategy, architecture, delivery and operations of key platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, the Data Middle Layer and Intranet. Working closely with business stakeholders and technology partners, you will ensure these platforms remain reliable, secure and ready to support future business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the technology roadmap for corporate applications.
• Lead the architecture, delivery and operations of enterprise platforms.
• Govern integrations, data flows and application standards across systems.
• Drive system upgrades, enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Partner business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that meet organisational needs.
• Lead application teams and manage strategic vendors to ensure strong service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP platforms, enterprise architecture or related technology leadership roles.
• Experience managing large-scale platforms such as SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
• Proven track record delivering major enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations and technology governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
