Job summary

Access Partnership is seeking a Contract & Client Onboarding Senior Manager to oversee end-to-end contracting and onboarding for new client engagements. The role sits between business development, delivery, finance, legal, compliance and project management, ensuring smooth project launches.

You will manage governance, risk, and client onboarding, escalating issues when needed, and providing practical guidance to senior stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in contract management, commercial operations, client onboarding, procurement support, legal operations, sales operations, new business operations, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Contracting & Commercial Review: Manage end-to-end contracting, review commercial documents, flag risks, support negotiations, and ensure terms are viable and aligned with governance.
• Client Onboarding & Project Set-Up: Lead onboarding, ensuring checks, documentation, approvals and systems are in place.
• Governance & Risk Management: Support new business governance, track contract and onboarding progress, manage escalations, and balance speed and risk.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted point of contact across regions and levels, build relationships with Finance, Legal, Compliance, PMO and Practices.
