Job summary

Access Partnership is seeking a Contract & Client Onboarding Senior Manager in Singapore to oversee end-to-end contracting and onboarding for new engagements. You will coordinate approvals, manage onboarding requirements, and ensure teams have what they need to launch projects smoothly.

The role sits across business development, delivery, finance, legal, and compliance, requiring strong commercial judgement and proactive risk management to keep work moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or commercial operations.
• Proven ability to onboard clients and review documents.
• Understanding of how terms affect profitability and risk.
• Ability to escalate contractual, commercial or compliance risks.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contracting and review commercial documents.
• Lead client onboarding, procurement forms and due diligence.
• Support governance, risk tracking and reporting on bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, PMO and Delivery teams.
