Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a client onboarding professional to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for global clients.

You will coordinate with Sales and multiple internal teams to ensure timely completion and a smooth onboarding experience, serving as the main client contact and driving process improvements. The role requires 2+ years of client-facing experience in financial services, strong communication skills in English, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Operations, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience, preferably in financial services or similar industry.
• Strong experience in client communication, stakeholder management, coordination and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales to prioritize and manage client onboarding requests.
• Drive the documentation and account-opening process from initiation through completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Credit Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
• Track onboarding progress and provide status updates to Sales and clients.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive timely resolution; escalate issues as needed.
• Project manage multiple onboarding requests within agreed timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and client experience.
• Prepare presentations, reports, trackers, and analyses using PowerPoint and Excel.
