Job summary

Sunrate Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Project Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation journey, from contract signature to the first successful live transaction.

You will coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Product, Operations and Customer Success to ensure a smooth activation. This is a customer-facing role that blends project management, stakeholder management and commercial enablement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, implementation or client delivery in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation lifecycle from contract to first live transaction.
• Lead onboarding activities: registration, KYC, account opening, training, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Compliance, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to meet timelines.
• Act as the dedicated project manager and primary customer contact throughout implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies and schedules.
• Provide regular status updates, identify risks and drive timely resolutions with customers and stakeholders.
• Configure accounts and permissions across Sunrate's core products (Virtual Accounts, FX, Global Payouts, etc.).
• Collaborate with commercial teams to identify bottlenecks and improve activation journeys.
• Support customers in meeting implementation requirements and readiness to transact.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from implementation to Customer Success after activation.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and drive revenue through successful onboarding.
