Job summary

HCSA Community Services in Singapore seeks a Manager/Senior Manager, Community Mobilisation to strengthen our ability to mobilise resources for social impact. Qualifications

Typically 6–10 years or more of relevant experience in volunteer engagement, community mobilisation, or related fields.
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in developing or strengthening volunteer or mobilisation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement organisation-wide Community Mobilisation strategy and roadmap.
Build partnerships with corporates, networks, educational institutions and community groups.
Identify cross-programme opportunities for collaboration and participation.
Develop skills-based, professional and pro bono volunteering opportunities.
Strengthen volunteer journey, onboarding, engagement, recognition and retention.
Measure community mobilisation impact beyond hours and numbers.
