Job summary

Housing & Development Board in Singapore is seeking a Community Relations Manager in the Community Partnerships Department to engage heartland communities and promote understanding of HDB’s policies and programmes, strengthening community ties and bonds.

You will lead multi-audience programmes, manage campaign delivery, and build digital and social media content while coordinating with stakeholders and volunteers to deliver meaningful community initiatives, with a 1-year contract on offer.

• Digital and social media savvy.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent writing skills with strong presentation and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategise, direct, and execute multi-audience integrated programmes to meet HDB objectives.
• Manage the delivery of campaign plans, including deploying resources, integrating solutions, and implementation.
• Develop robust digital, social media and content strategy that supports the HDB brand’s strategic direction and can reach out to audiences effectively.
• Conceptualise and implement partnership strategies, outreach programmes and campaigns, including school outreach initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders and volunteers to develop programmes and events to engage the community.
