Job summary

Keppel Capital International Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a senior investment professional to manage the end-to-end investment process for data centre assets.

You will originate opportunities, structure and execute deals across Asia Pacific and Europe, and deliver risk-adjusted returns for the business. The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience in investment management or related fields, plus strong financial modelling, due diligence, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Real Estate Management from a good university.
• 5–7 years in investment management, private equity, funds management or investment banking.
• Data centre knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong financial modelling, reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and analyse investment opportunities.

JOB DESCRIPTION This is a key role that manages the end-to-end investment process. The key areas of responsibilities include originating potential deals, structuring and executing deals, contributing to the delivery of maximizing risk-adjusted investment returns for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and analyse investment opportunities
• Responsible for the structuring and executing of the acquisition of data centre assets in Asia Pacific and Europe
• Conduct financial modelling to assess / support acquisitions; Present financial analysis to key stakeholders
• Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with advisers/ consultants
• Preparation of investment papers, presentations and other materials, as required
• Review legal documents
• Review regular sector research to keep apprised of updated trends and market news/information including the review and analysis of financial, market information and analyst reports from sources including Tier One Research, Bloomberg, Data Center Dynamics etc.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Real Estate Management or equivalent from a good university
• Experience in investment management /private equity/funds management/investment banking is essential
• At least 5 - 7 years of relevant experience, including conducting investment / financial / commercial due diligence
• Data centre technical knowledge and experiences will be an added advantage
• Good report writing, verbal, financial modelling and presentation skills
• Independent and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Team player
