Job summary

DSV Contract Logistics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior program leader to oversee a complex, multi-unit logistics program, guiding large inventories and cross-functional teams.

You will own the rolling 6–12 month operational roadmap and drive 3–6 month tactics plus longer-term strategic investments in automation, footprint shaping and contract renewals. This role carries P&L ownership of SGD 10M+ and demands strong stakeholder management and risk/BCP leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale, multi-unit programs in logistics.
• Proven P&L ownership and ability to manage SGD 10M+ portfolios.
• Strong change leadership, talent management, and succession planning.
• Experience in commercial negotiations and contract renewals.
• Ability to drive CI projects across Engineering, IT, and Commercial.

Job description

• Provide overarching leadership for a highly complex, large-scale program or a portfolio of multiple business units/hubs, managing large inventory scale and diverse operational teams.
• Own the rolling 6-to-12-monthoperational roadmap; executing 3-6 month tactical plans (staffing, capacity)and >6 month strategic plans (automation investments, footprint shaping, contract renewals).
• Drive organizational design and talent management, structuring teams to scale effectively and building robust succession plans for the management bench.
• Lead business strategy execution, including leading major commercial negotiations, driving contract renewals, and managing high-stakes customer relationships.
• Direct P&L ownership of significant revenue portfolios (e.g., SGD 10M+), executing margin expansion strategies and strict cost maintenance to yearly aligned targets.
• Build business cases, calculate ROI, and recommend Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) investments for major facility upgrades, MHE, and automation (subject to depreciation guidelines).
• Serve as the overall site lead for holistic workplace safety, risk management, and business continuity planning (BCP).
• Direct major Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) that require cross-functional alignment across Engineering, IT, and Commercial teams.
