Job summary

Selby Jennings in Singapore seeks a hands-on strategic planning professional to join a lean Corporate & Strategic Planning team, supporting senior leadership on strategic planning, performance management, organisational priorities and cross-functional initiatives.

You will drive annual and long-term planning, KPI development, performance tracking and business reviews, partnering across stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and performance.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Strategic Planning, Business Planning or Performance Management.
• Experience supporting planning cycles, KPI governance and business review processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leaders.
• Exposure to government-linked, regulated, innovation-led or investment-related environments is advantageous.
