Job summary

MY HAIR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee all business operations, align with corporate goals, and drive growth through strategic planning and policy development.

You will lead department managers, optimize performance, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and build strong stakeholder relationships while fostering continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall business operations to align with company goals and long-term objectives
• Develop and implement strategic plans, business policies, and operational initiatives to drive business growth
• Lead and manage department managers and teams to enhance performance and productivity
• Establish business targets, evaluate operational performance, and implement improvements to optimize outcomes
• Oversee budgets, financial planning, resource allocation, and cost-control measures to ensure financial efficiency
• Identify business opportunities, assess risks, and develop strategies to improve profitability and competitiveness
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations to maintain operational integrity
• Coordinate with senior leadership and key stakeholders on business planning and major operational decisions
• Review business reports, financial performance, and operational results to support informed strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and other key stakeholders to support business objectives
• Lead organizational development initiatives and promote continuous improvement across departments
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to managers and employees to foster professional growth
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management
