Job summary

SEAGIA CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced senior manager to oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and supervise diverse departments. You will report to directors, coordinate with stakeholders, and steer cost control, budgeting, and long-range planning to support expansion.

The role requires proven leadership in senior management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably at senior management level.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills.
• Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Ability to make sound business decisions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the local business environment and regulatory framework is an advantage.
