Job summary

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering background, hands-on maintenance experience, and proficient AutoCAD skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of drainage, roads, culverts, slopes and related civil infrastructure is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and spoken communication, stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of external infrastructure and grounds to ensure safety and functionality.
• Supervise maintenance programs for electronic speed advisory signs and related systems.
• Monitor slope inspection programs and review service reports to mitigate risks.
• Develop work proposals, estimate costs, oversee procurement, and track project progress.
• Identify improvements and budget requirements for new financial year.
• Undertake any other duties assigned.
