Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management.
• Hands-on experience in facilities management including supervising term contractors on-site and ensuring safety compliance.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of Fire Protection, Plumbing, Sanitary & Gas, Lift, and ELV systems.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance by term contractors to ensure reliability.
• Review maintenance reports and system performance to identify improvements.
• Oversee contractors ensuring work complies with contract requirements, safety standards and service levels.
• Manage asset condition, maintenance history and lifecycle information.
• Oversee upgrading projects to enhance safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors during project implementation.
• Ensure M&E systems comply with statutory requirements and governance frameworks.
