Job summary

Recruit Express Services Pte Ltd, on behalf of a French MNC in industrial services, seeks a Senior Maintenance Executive. Based at Tuas Avenue 14 with company transport to Tuas Crescent MRT, the role runs Mon–Fri, 8:00am–6:00pm, with salary SGD 5,000–6,000 per month and medical and dental benefits.

You will plan and coordinate daily maintenance across painting, blasting and rotating equipment, ensure safety, manage subcontractors, and support shutdowns and projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience managing site operations and maintenance projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
• MS Office proficiency; ERP/CMMS knowledge is an advantage.
• WSQ WSH certification, BizSafe knowledge and/or Work-at-Height certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities on fixed and portable painting, blasting and rotating equipment.
• Create and review safe work procedures and work method statements.
• Schedule manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Support maintenance shutdowns, turnaround projects and ad hoc site maintenance activities.
• Manage contractors and vendors: ensure compliance with specifications and safety requirements; review service reports and vendor costs.
• Enforce WSH policies, permit-to-work systems and risk assessments; monitor high-risk activities.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor manpower, equipment and consumables usage; assist with project costing and procurement.
• Ensure works meet client specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operation reports.

Our client is a French MNC in industrial services, specialising in FRP products, coatings and corrosion protection solutions. They are looking for a Senior Maintenance Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

Location: Tuas Avenue 14 (company transport provided to/from Tuas Crescent MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: SGD 5,000 – 6,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities on fixed and portable painting, blasting and rotating equipment at the main workshop and across multiple work sites

• Create and review safe work procedures and work method statements for all maintenance scopes

• Schedule manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors to meet project timelines

• Support maintenance shutdowns, turnaround projects and ad hoc site maintenance activities

• Manage contractors and vendors: ensure compliance with specifications and safety requirements, review and approve service reports, and verify vendor costs

• Enforce WSH policies, permit-to-work systems and risk assessments; monitor work-at-height, confined space and hot work activities

• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions

• Monitor manpower, equipment and consumables usage; assist with project costing, budget tracking and procurement

• Ensure painting, blasting and maintenance works meet client specifications and quality standards

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial or Marine Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance, engineering services, construction, marine, offshore, oil & gas, petrochemical or asset integrity

• Proven experience managing site operations, maintenance projects, shutdowns/turnarounds or service delivery teams

• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors and site personnel

• WSQ Workplace Safety & Health certification, BizSafe knowledge and/or Work-at-Height Assessor/Supervisor certification (required)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP, CMMS or project management systems is an advantage

• Knowledge of coating systems, abrasive blasting, corrosion protection or tank maintenance is an advantage
