Job summary

CORA ENVIRONMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Executive to join the operations team, responsible for tracking, maintaining and inspecting plant machinery and equipment to ensure reliability and safety.

You will coordinate with contractors, manage spare parts inventory, and oversee maintenance schedules and budget while ensuring licenses and certificates are up to date. 2+ years' engineering experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering discipline with at least 2 years’ of relevant experience.
• Experience in working with a power rating of up to 415Vac; knowledge in hydraulic and mechanical works; able to read technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• May be required to stay communicated after office hours due to operational requirements when necessary.
• Able to work on weekends as and when required, depending on operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Plant machinery and equipment
• Maintain spare parts inventory
• Raise ePR /Capex to maintain spare parts inventory and other services
• Manage the HSE, SOP & SWP within Maintenance Department
• Track and maintain maintenance schedule and records
• Co-ordinate with contractors & suppliers for services and repair
• Ensure Plant / equipment required licenses or inspection certificates are up to date
• Inspect the portable electrical tools and equipment on the monthly basis
• Plan and manage Maintenance Budget
• Any other work assigned by supervisor and management
• Perform inspection activities in other plant and depots
• Follow up on documentation where required
