Job summary

Cora Environment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Executive to join our operations team. You will track, maintain and perform inspection and repair of plant machinery and equipment to ensure safe and continuous operations.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience, the ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and flexibility for after-hours work are essential.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering discipline with at least 2 years’ of relevant experience.
• Experience in working with a power rating of up to 415Vac, has knowledge in hydraulic and mechanical works, and able to read technical drawings is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• May be required to stay after office hours due to operational requirements when necessary.
• Able to work on weekends as and when required, depending on operational requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Plant machinery and equipment
• Maintain spare parts inventory
• Raise ePR /Capex to maintain spare parts inventory and other services
• Manage the HSE, SOP & SWP within Maintenance Department
• Track and maintain maintenance schedule and records
• Co-ordinate with contractors & suppliers for services and repair
• Ensure Plant / equipment required licenses or inspection certificates are up to date
• Inspect the portable electrical tools and equipment on the monthly basis
• Plan and manage Maintenance Budget
• Any other work assigned by supervisor and management
• Perform inspection activities in other plant and depots
• Follow up on documentation where required
