Qualifications

• 8+ years in backend engineering with enterprise-scale systems.
• 3+ years leading a high-traffic multi-tenant API platform.
• Experience with multi-region deployments and zero-downtime migrations.
• Strong Go programming and API design skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-own end-to-end MaaS system design and roadmap with Principal Architect.
• Own wire compatibility for major formats and robust API surface.
• Optimize token throughput and latency in a Kubernetes-based fleet.
• Define and defend strict SLOs; ensure reliability and observability.
• Enforce strong security, multi-tenant isolation and on-call readiness.
