Job summary

Bitdeer in Singapore is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and build the control-plane services that power our global cloud platform. You will own tenant management, quota, metering and billing, ticketing, RBAC and the customer portal and API, with a focus on scalability, reliability and security.

Collaborate on the global vs regional architecture, implement self-service onboarding, and build operational tooling to improve delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years (Senior 6+) building backend services / control planes / web platforms.
• Strong backend engineering (Go / Java / Python), API design, and distributed systems.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS / cloud control planes; billing / quota systems a plus.
• Frontend / console (React / Vue) for full-stack contributors (a subset of the HC).
• Knowledge of RBAC, auth (OAuth / OIDC), and audit.
• Multi-region / distributed-consistency experience a plus.

About the team

The control plane is what turns a fleet of GPUs into a cloud product. As we move to a global, multi-region platform, you will build the tenant, quota, billing, ticketing, RBAC, console, and API systems — and the self-service automation that breaks the delivery bottleneck and lets the platform scale without linear headcount growth.
