Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a senior DevOps/SRE leader to design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments in support of Bitcoin mining and AI workloads.

You will own CI/CD & MLOps pipelines, drive incident management and RCA, and enforce security/compliance controls (SOC2, ISO27001). The role requires 5+ years in DevOps/SRE with strong automation and cloud-native expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong automation and scripting mindset.
• Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or shell scripting.
• Knowledge of SOC2/ISO27001 frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for software and ML models.
• Lead incident response with RCA and remediation planning.
• Define governance, security controls, and release workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D, Data Science, Security, and Business teams.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and log stacks.
• Apply IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm for multi-cloud infra.
• Design high-availability architectures with DR and capacity planning.
• Manage cloud-native AI infrastructure including GPU clusters.
