Job summary

CUTECH QUALITY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior RTO to oversee M&E site works, maintaining proper, up-to-date site records and proactively resolving issues with strong team spirit while coordinating interface inspections for MEP works.

The role requires aviation/aerodrome experience, leadership, and the ability to perform shift work. You will inspect/audit local and overseas fabrication yards with CAG, Consultants and QP/QP representatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least 5 years in supervision of works of similar complexity (major construction works in buildings, or utilities laying/testing/commissioning).
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry (WSHMCI) and other trainings per Cl. 4.2.
• Conversant with statutory codes/requirements for site supervision, quality control, safety & health, construction administration and progress reporting.
• Good analytical ability with strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Able to keep proper, updated site records.
• Strong supervision & leadership skills, proactive in resolving site issues with good team spirit.
• Relevant experience in the Aviation/Aerodrome sector preferred.
• Able to perform shift work.
• MEP QSS: relevant experience across project M&E/airfield systems
• Airfield systems (22kV/LV/potable water/NEWater/fire hydrant/gas/IT-comms, airfield lighting, aviation fuel hydrant system).
• Required to inspect/audit local and overseas fabrication yards jointly with CAG, Consultants and QP/QP representatives.
