Job summary

CUTECH QUALITY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Senior M&E RTO supervisor to oversee on-site electrical and mechanical works on major construction and aviation-related projects in Singapore.

You will maintain rigorous site records, coordinate interfaces between disciplines, and proactively resolve issues with a proactive team. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline and WSHMCI certification, plus extensive supervision experience and shift-work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline from Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry (WSHMCI).
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience as a RTO, incl. 8 years in supervision of similar works.

Job Description:

• Supervise M&E site works.
• Maintain proper, updated site records.
• Proactively resolve site issues with good team spirit.
• Provide frontline interface coordination and inspections for MEP works, keeping accurate interface records to close out integration/interfacing issues.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least 8 years in supervision of works of similar complexity (major construction works in buildings, or utilities services laying/testing/commissioning).
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry (WSHMCI) and other trainings per Cl. 4.2.
• Conversant with statutory codes/requirements for site supervision, quality control, safety & health, construction administration and progress reporting.
• Good analytical ability with strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Able to keep proper, updated site records.
• Strong supervision & leadership skills, proactive in resolving site issues with good team spirit.
• Relevant experience in the Aviation/Aerodrome sector preferred.
• Able to perform shift work.
• MEP QSS: relevant experience across project M&E/airfield systems
• Airfield systems (22kV/LV/potable water/NEWater/fire hydrant/gas/IT-comms, airfield lighting, aviation fuel hydrant system).
