Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage post-contract commercial activities for Electrical/ME projects, review contracts, and submit VO and claims.

You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare cost estimates, negotiate with clients and main contractors, monitor progress claims, and help close final accounts with meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building, Construction Management or relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial management within Electrical/M&E projects.
• Proven experience in post-contract administration and Variation Order (VO) management.
• Hands-on experience in preparing, substantiating, and negotiating variation claims with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and commercial administration.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple commercial matters concurrently.
