GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Quantity Surveyor to manage post-contract commercial activities for Electrical/ME projects in Singapore. You will review contracts, prepare VO(s) and claims, and monitor costs and variations.

The role requires at least 3 years in QS or commercial management, hands-on VO experience, and strong negotiation skills with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Quantity Surveying or commercial management for Electrical/ M&E projects.
• Experience in post-contract administration and variation order management.
• Strong negotiation skills with clients, consultants and main contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, tender documents, drawings, and addenda to identify scope variations.
• Prepare, substantiate, and submit Variation Orders (VOs) and contractual claims.
• Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate build-ups for variation works.
• Negotiate and follow up on VO submissions and claims with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
• Prepare progress claims and monitor project financial performance.
• Manage final accounts and ensure timely commercial closure of projects.
• Track project costs, outstanding variation claims, and commercial risks.
• Collaborate with project and site teams to identify, document, and support claims for additional works.
