buildbridge partners pte. ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead ACMV works for major building projects in Singapore.

You will oversee planning, coordination, execution and delivery of ACMV works, manage programme, budget, resources and subcontractors, and collaborate closely with consultants, main contractors, clients and other trades. Requirements include a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline and a minimum of 8 years of ACMV/M&E project

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of ACMV/M&E project experience.
Proven experience managing building projects such as commercial, residential, mixed-development, hotel or similar projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage ACMV works from project commencement through completion and handover.
Oversee project planning, coordination, execution and delivery of ACMV works.
Manage project programme, budget, resources and subcontractors.
Coordinate closely with consultants, main contractors, clients and other trades.
Monitor site progress, quality, safety and technical compliance.
Review drawings, specifications, method statements and technical submissions.
Manage project documentation, variation orders, progress claims and other commercial matters.
Lead and mentor the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
