Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years in a PM role within construction.
Proven track record delivering complex M&E projects.
Strong knowledge of building methods and systems.
Excellent scheduling, budgeting, and resources management.
Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of M&E construction projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including contractors and internal stakeholders.
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
Identify and mitigate risks with control measures.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues.
Monitor progress and report milestones to senior management.
Promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
