Job summary

MCC Singapore is seeking a senior M&E lead to oversee all mechanical and electrical works for complex projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams, review drawings, and drive value-engineering and safety practices across the project lifecycle.

You will lead BIM coordination, clash detection, and handover activities, ensuring compliance with QA/QC and local codes while maintaining schedule and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Building Services.
• PE registration is an added advantage.
• Safety certifications such as MOM WSH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all M&E works for the project.
• Develop and monitor M&E construction schedules aligned with the master programme.
• Ensure M&E installation complies with contract specifications, drawings, and Singapore codes.
• Coordinate M&E activities with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and technical proposals.
• Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans as needed.
