Job summary

INFRASTRUCTURE & FACILITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a senior M&E Project Engineer to lead end-to-end construction projects in Singapore. You will manage scope, subcontracts, proposals, budget control and risk management to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include project planning, design review, equipment installation, site commissioning, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years' experience managing M&E projects in construction (semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or subcontracting).
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, contracts, and commercial terms; handling claims/variations.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple concurrent M&E projects end-to-end from scope to delivery.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, forecasting of engineering activities and procurement.
• Review and sign off on technical design documents and oversee drafting team.
• Oversee equipment installation and M&E hookup, commissioning on-site.
• Approve method statements, risk assessments and site inspections for compliance.
• Act as senior technical authority for resolving complex M&E issues and evaluating proposals.
• Lead stakeholder coordination with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Mentor junior engineers, site supervisors and workers to meet milestones.
• Support business development through client engagement and tenders/proposals.
