Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee large-scale M&E projects in Singapore. You will lead project teams, coordinate site activities, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery across data centres, industrial and commercial facilities.

You will work with internal teams, subcontractors and main contractors to drive project completion, manage shop drawings and CSD coordination, and plan weekly activities aligned with project schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITC Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• ≥5 years of M&E construction project experience in Singapore.
• Hands-on site execution and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with data centres, industrial or large-scale buildings preferred.
• BCSS or other WSH certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E project execution and coordinate site activities.
• Work with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and main contractors.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate site activities, inspections and progress meetings.
• Plan and monitor weekly work according to schedules.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality and material usage.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental requirements.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, as-builts and material quantities.
• Coordinate CSD and resolve technical clashes prior to construction.
• Conduct toolbox, safety and coordination meetings.
• Plan and implement Testing & Commissioning activities.
