Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking a qualified M&E Engineer to lead the design and coordination of M&E systems across multiple project phases in Singapore’s East Region. The role requires hands-on oversight of ACMV, electrical, ELV, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection with a focus on safety, quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Nitec/Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering or higher with relevant degree.
2–5 years M&E engineering experience; senior role 5–8 years.
Proficiency in M&E design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and project management tools.
Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead design and coordination of M&E systems (ACMV, electrical, ELV, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection).
Conduct feasibility studies, prepare reports, review drawings and specs.
Ensure compliance with local codes, standards and safety regulations.
Plan, manage and supervise M&E works across project phases.
Oversee testing, commissioning and handover of M&E systems.
Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
Coordinate with architects and other engineering teams for seamless integration.
