Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned M&E coordinator for Singapore-based building and construction projects, with preference for Healthcare experience. You will coordinate electrical and mechanical works with consultants, client representatives, subcontractors and site teams to ensure alignment with drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience on Singapore building and construction projects (Healthcare preferred).
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Experience coordinating M&E works per drawings, specs and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinated M&E works with consultants, client representatives, subcontractors and site teams to ensure works adhered to drawings and specs.
• Monitored RFIs/RFAs, shop drawings, and material submissions to support timely project completion.
• Reviewed M&E drawings and resolved discrepancies with relevant parties.
• Coordinated M&E shop drawings and service drawings, ensuring proper drawing control and timely submission.
• Prepared and reviewed method statements and technical submissions.
• Monitored M&E installation progress and coordinated with other trades to minimise clashes.
• Conducted site inspections and QA/QC activities to meet inspection requirements and clear outstanding items.
• Maintained M&E inspection, testing and commissioning records and project documents.
• Coordinated equipment and material procurement, fabrication and delivery status for M&E installations.
