Job summary

RRecruiter Singapore invites an experienced M&E Site Coordinator to oversee M&E works on hospital projects. Attend technical meetings, review drawings, coordinate with consultants, CS/Architectural teams and subcontractors to resolve site issues.

You will ensure compliance with codes and authority requirements, prepare shop drawings and submission documents, monitor progress on site, handle submissions including water and power turn-on, and support RI/TOP processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Hospital construction experience is required.
• Able to work independently with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical meetings with consultants and internal teams.
• Review M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants, C&S/Architectural teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.
• Ensure M&E works comply with codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings, CSD/CPD drawings, OMM, as-built drawings, and other submission documents.
• Report M&E technical or site issues to the Project Director/Project Manager.
• Monitor and control the overall progress of M&E works on site.
• Handle PBU and authority submissions/applications, including water and power turn-on.
• Support RI/TOP processes.
• Experience in A&A or hotel projects is preferred.
