Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is seeking an experienced M&E on-site professional to coordinate mechanical and electrical works across large-scale projects. The role requires hands-on leadership on site and close liaison with consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues.

You will attend site meetings, review M&E drawings, ensure works meet specifications, supervise progress, and keep Project Director/Manager informed of technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years of working experiences in main-con companies, preferably in large scale projects.
• Able to work independently and possess strong leadership quality.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
