Senior M&E Coordinator

Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor in Singapore to assist the M&E Manager in supervising and coordinating all building services on site.

You will manage M&E subcontractors, conduct coordination to resolve clashes, perform testing and commissioning, and ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations, while taking on ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in supervision of M&E works
• Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, independent, team player and results-oriented with a proven track record in the building industry

Responsibilities

• Assist the M&E Manager in supervising and coordinating all services
• Manage M&E subcontractors and oversee daily M&E site works
• Conduct M&E coordination with all M&E subcontractors to ensure all clashes are resolved
