Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated M&E on-site coordinator to oversee M&E drawings, coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors, and ensure work aligns with specifications on large-scale projects in Singapore.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in main-con companies, and proven leadership with the ability to work independently on-site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• At least 5 years of experience with main-con (construction) companies, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager of technical/site problems pertaining to M&E works.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's M&E work and ensure work is on schedule.
