Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced E&M Supervisor to coordinate electrical and mechanical works and to interface closely with architectural and structural teams to meet budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant electrical or mechanical field in the construction supervision of E&M works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
Good understanding of architectural works and structural works to interface with E&M works.
Experience in underground tunnel project and E&M design coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate E&M works on site with architectural and structural teams to meet budget and schedule.
Ensure compliance with regulations by building authorities and agencies.
Inspect materials and workmanship of construction work.
Coordinate E&M with subcontractors and SWCs.
Coordinate with Consultants, Design and Construction teams to resolve issues.
Ensure E&M progress is on schedule.
Review RFI related to EM works.
Participate in E&M planning with consultants including submissions and approvals.
Assist supervisor with E&M drawings checking.
