Job summary

NTU Singapore is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to join the Office of Development and Facilities Management. The role oversees M&E services and upgrades, ensuring safety, reliability and compliance across campus facilities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management with 5+ years in facilities management or M&E. Strong project leadership and stakeholder communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management.
• At least 5 years’ experience in facilities management or M&E-related field.
• Strong technical understanding of building services M&E systems, enabling design review and fault diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of Fire Protection, Plumbing, Sanitary & Gas, Lift, and ELV systems.
• Monitor maintenance works and ensure reliability and uptime.
• Review reports, identify trends and implement improvements.
• Oversee contractors to meet contract, safety, and service levels.
• Manage asset condition, history and lifecycle information.
