Job summary

DAIYA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate and supervise M&E works on-site for smooth project execution in Singapore. The candidate will liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and authorities, review drawings and technical submissions, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/civil engineering.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication skills; ability to interact with people at all levels and work in a team.
Able to work independently and on-site.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise M&E works on site to ensure smooth project execution.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities on M&E matters.
Review and coordinate M&E drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of M&E works.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Any other M&E related duties as assigned.
