Job summary

Frontier Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to support on-site coordination and liaison with consultants and authorities in Singapore. You will prepare and submit materials and shop drawings for approval and ensure smooth M&E works on site.

The role requires hands-on experience with M&E coordination, proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, and a track record coordinating sub-contractors to meet project progress and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in M&E coordination or related field preferred.
• At least 4–5 years of relevant experience in M&E industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
• Control and coordinate M&E works on site.
• Resolve site matters with regards to M&E services.
• Manage sub-contractors works and progress of works.
