Job summary

GRANDTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate M&E activities on construction sites in Singapore. The role involves preparing and submitting materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval, and actively overseeing M&E works on site.

You will resolve on-site M&E issues, manage subcontractors, and coordinate progress. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Office is required, with 4–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Passed M&E coordination course.
• Possess at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
