Job summary

GRANDTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Coordination on-site professional to prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval. The role involves controlling and coordinating M&E works on site and resolving on-site matters related to M&E services.

The candidate will manage subcontractors and monitor progress, and liaise with authorities for commissioning of work. A coordination course and 2–3 years of relevant M&E experience are required.

Qualifications

• Passed M&E coordination course.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
