Job summary

WELLTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD invites an on-site M&E Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination of M&E works on our projects in Singapore. You will prepare materials and shop drawings for consultants, and coordinate on-site activities to meet schedules.

You will liaise with authorities for commissioning and manage subcontractors, resolving on-site issues related to M&E services while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Passed M&E coordination course.
• Possess at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
• Control and coordinate M&E works on site
• Resolve site matters with regards to M&E services
• Manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
• Liaise with authorities for the commission of work
