Job summary

DAIYA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Senior M&E Construction Manager to lead on-site activities, coordinate M&E works, and ensure smooth project execution. You will review drawings and specifications, monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, has at least 10 years in construction, and demonstrates strong communication and ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in construction or civil engineering.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication and teamwork, with on-site work capability.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise M&E works on site to ensure smooth project execution.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on M&E matters.
Review and coordinate M&E drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of M&E works.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Any other M&E related duties as assigned.
